I bought a dog bed expecting to get what was advertised. But, it was not the product I requested. Their return policy states that they offer full refunds on all products if you aren’t satisfied. However, I requested this and have been getting response emails stating they will give me 30% back. When I said no they sent another email (24 hours later) offering 50% back. There is no phone number to call and I have yet to hear back after my second response.

The Company is Corrupt

This is a very corrupt company and they do nothing but scam you. They deserve 0 stars. They are from China but use an LA address for shipping. The product actually comes from China and takes weeks. And then they tell you if you want to return the item you have to return it to China and it would cost so much money it's not worth it. I said give me an address and I will figure out how much it cost me and if it's worth it. They refused to give me an address to where I can return the dog bed. I ordered a large dog bed that was over a $100. Their items are not as advertised. I ordered 3 separate items from them with the biggest expense being the $100 dog bed. All 3 were extremely poor quality. They misrepresent their items with false reviews and good photos. When I received the item it was super cheap,thin,flimsy, hardly any stuffing and something you probably could get out of $5 store. I wrote to them and asked for my refund since their website says that they will give you refunds If you were not satisfied. They sent me a letter offering money off instead of the refund. I wrote another letter stating that, no, I would like my refund as their website states. They continued to refuse to give me an address where I can return my item As well as continued to tell me it wasn't worth my time to return the item and I suggest accept the discount they were willing to give me. This went back-and-forth for about 2 months. They continued to refuse
to give me an address as well as They did not deal with my complaint that their website has 5 star reviews and when I try to leave a legitimate review it kept saying that my," purchase could not be verified". Well the almost $200 I spent that got deleted from my bank account count is verification to me! I asked them over and over to verify my purchase or tell me how I was able to leave a review and they completely ignored my emails regarding that. Since they were out of the country I was not able to leave a Yelp or Google review. I am glad that I found this site to post about them. They really need to be shut down. This is a SCAM from China people, beware!
