The website offered butt lifting jeans, they were ordered and was shipped in a timely manner. When the jean arrived i open them and noticed that the jeans are very poorly made (the part that is suppose to lift the butt, its just a very flimsy loose fabric that is placed in the jeans and the jean size i ordered which is my normal size is too big. I reached out and ask for a refund. They say i need the tracking, the package didnt come with a receipt. I am unaware where to find the tracking number and they dont offer help but they offer me $5 and tell me to keep the product. I refuse i want to return and all my money. This goes on for 2 more emails. I then go back to my oreders and discover the tracking number they ask for i provide it. And they still refuse my return and offer me $17 (.they say it will take alot of money for me to return the jeans and a long time to get my refund)

So now im stuck with a poor product and out of my money.
