An ad in Facebook showed a sale on Judy Blue jeans from what appeared to be a Moco boutique sale. When you click the link to shop, it takes you to a website. The purchase confirmation comes from a westally email/website. Product ships from china but is never delivered.

On Instagram they offered Jeans for a very low price from Moco. Pleased my order on October 2nd and never received though the 716tracking said it was delivered. I reached out via email and said it was never sent. Received an email from Customer Service stating logistic lost my package and they were sending a second one to me. On November 8th I started tracking the second package. November 24th was the last day I could track said package.

An ad kept coming up on Instagram so I seceded to check it out. It looks like a small boutique in the US, but when I went to check out it was with a different name than on the boutique. On instagram it was MoCo Boutique, but at checkout it was Westally. They supposedly sent my order, but then said it was delivered. So I contacted customer service and they said they would resend order. Once again, says it was delivered but I received nothing. I contacted them again and they said it was the carrier's fault the package was lost, and they would provide me with a partial refund, but could not give me a full refund. I doubt they ever even sent me anything, but it is hard to track because they give you a Chinese tracking number, and would never give me a USPS tracking number once it entered the United States. I would have never ordered from them if I knew it was coming directly from China.

Received confirmation email with tracking number lcwl20368682yq. Tracking information noted delivered and 2 days later completely disappeared. Merchandise never received.

ordered Judy Blue jeans for myself and my Mom. I kept track of my order through the Email I was sent. I was home the day that it was "delivered" I never got it. I reached out and told them that I didn't receive it. Their response was, check with your neighbors and family members maybe they didn't tell you it was "delivered" or was "delivered to the wrong house. When I responded and told them that didn't happen I was home all day I haven't heard back from anyone.

I ordered clothes on 9/14 from the site on Facebook. It was labeled as Moco.com. One ordered and paid, received an email ant it was from westally stating my items were being shipped. Received an email on 10/24 stating it was delivered. I emailed customer service, they apologized and “resent”. Received an email on 11/7 saying it was delivered. Customer service through email said it is an issue with my local carrier. They offered to refund 70%, when I threatened legal action, they said 100% refund. Received email 11/8 stating there is an error, and they are having an issue refunding to my account.

Bought 2 pairs of jeans, $3.59 & $5.95, paid $8.99 shipping. Nothing ever came. Emailed and nothing from them. Fake account posting a sale for Judy blue jeans on Facebook pretending to be moco boutique.

Claimed to be a sale on the website MOCO boutique offering a heavy discount on clothing including jeans and shirts, offered free items, etc. The website looked identical to the website it was claiming to be, including using the pictures and models from the website it claimed to be.

Westally.com was pretending to be a well-known MOCO Boutique website, claiming to sell jeans for $5.99. They posted a facebook ad. The website says MOCO Boutique, but the website link is westally.com
