I received an pop up on my laptop saying that my device will shut down in order to get help to fix the hardware and software to call 1-888-644-8314 Mike Louis or 1-888-303-0878 and this number also 1-800-934-2087 I gave them permission to take 247.00 out of my account without my knowing that they were hackers and preyed on me to give them control to my laptop so they can go in and put malware to access my passwords. Please get to the bottom of this as soon as possible I'm reporting this to my bank early in the morning. I told them I was reporting them he left an voicemail on my cell phone.
