"I am Mrs. Angela Mager from WellStar Health System Your resume was reviewed by our team online on LinkedIn for a Customer Service/Data Entry/Admin Assistant position, Project Manager. We're excited to invite you to interview for the position, working from home with a pay of $35.18 per hour. We would like to know if you're Interested/(YES I AM)".
Of course I responded with yes I am interested as I am looking for a fully remote full time position and the pay was in my range!! So this so called Angela replied with: "The company's Human Resources the hiring manager Mrs. Abby McKenzie would interview you via Microsoft Teams. You would be provided all the information you require regarding the available positions and the company. I believe you have a Microsoft Teams App on your Pc or Phone? Alright, kindly reach out to Mrs. Abby McKenzie right away with this interview sorting code (DYQ-89) on Microsoft Teams using her email address ([email protected]) Got it?".
I then connected with "Abby" via Teams on chat and I scheduled the so called interview for the following day at 8am EST, my first suspicious was when I received a call at 6:15 am EST the next morning trying to connect with me. The second suspicious was this so called interview was then done all via chat and not a single question was asked about my past employment experience. At that point I went along with it but knew I was going to do some digging and went to the company website to find no such positions posted on their careers page so I came to ScamPulse.com website found others who have had the same experiences and who were also scammed.
