I had gotten hacked on FB and was attempting to get it resolved through FB but was not getting anything accomplished, so I thought I would google how to get your hacked FB account fixed and came across the website gonetech.net and read it's page and decided to call them, and they claimed to be from FB and were Microsoft technician, and could help me, they transferred me to a different department and to a technician, who was looking at my info, because I thought they were actually from FB, he said I had been hacked by Nigerian who had gained access to my computer files, and had the potential to gain access to all my other devices on the network. He proceeded to tell me that I needed this software to help keep them from accessing my info, and was going to cost $499.99. I told him I didn't have that kind of money, and he said no worries, I will fix it and worry about payment later, so he started installing this software, and after a day and a half and me calling him on his personal line 1-855-675-0086, he proceeded to tell me to be patient, it takes time, well I was getting concerned when his name appeared on the bottom of my computer screen, and my FB was and is still messed up, he proceeded to tell me that these were very expensive software and I needed to go to Walmart, Walgreens, etc to get a google play card and put the $500 on it and he would let me have my FB back, and I will be happy. So I knew then I not only had been hacked, but scammed on top of that. The name he went by is Austin Lewis. They were of Asian decent, or had an Asian accent. There are also the phone numbers 1-855-655-9777, 1-855-755-1940 associated with this website/scam. I have had to take my computer to a place to get it fixed as supposedly one of the software he put on it Microsoft security shield is actually a Trojan virus?? And he put 2-3 other things on it. It is costing me $200 to get it fixed and restored. He however did not get $500 from me. When I figured out it was a scam, I pulled the plug from the internet, and took the battery out of my computer. I did call this site, but from I have experienced, and told folks, it is a scam. Don't use this site.
