I purchased the shoes based on the websites advertisement for these men’s shoes on Facebook and Instagram. I paid for my order and received a shoe that looked nothing like the website advertised. The company logo was not there, the tags are different and insoles different. I reached out to their customer service to get it resolved thinking it must be an error somehow. They said I would have to pay $20 per shoe to send it back and then would refund even after explaining the shoes are not the ones I ordered. They offered 30% of a refund and no return of shoes, then 70% of a refund and no return of the shoes, lastly they offered 90%. No explanation as to why the shoes don’t match the website and refused to take responsibility for any wrong doing.
