I also got a call from them claiming I owed ~9K. Knew my social, and old address. Said it was going to court, but they would settle for half if I wanted to pay and stay out of court. The callback number they left (because they called my brother's business phone to reach me), was 877-819-5294.
The "paralegal" I spoke to was Orlando Garcia.

Got call saying I was being sued for $9,376.92 but if I paid with debit card within 2hrs they would reduce to $4688.46 for credit card from 2020 which i no longer have nor is it on my credit report as delinquent they had some of my personal info sent me an email from above address stated from Waverley & Associates I added all names and phone numbers in reporting section on this email. They almost got me, luckily I asked my bank questions and they were very helpful. [email protected] is my email if you want to question me.
