I was notified my email was hacked. I googled Microsoft and got the phone number, 850-XXX-XXXX. It turns out this isn't Microsoft and instead is Waredot.com and they tricked me into purchasing their antivirus. I had to freeze a credit card and my ATM debit card.I called and spoke to a supervisor, he says his name is Alex, 917-540-1732.He says it will take 30 - 45 days to receive a refund.
