Contacted by individual stating he is a loan officer for Watlermans Financial Services and they had pulled our name from a list of Blue Green Timeshare Owners and had a buyer that wanted to purchase our timeshare for &22,500.00. We must sign a sales contract and send $1880.00 to a "Title" company that he did not know the name of in order to sell our time share and receive the money.

Unable to pull up a home page for www.waltermansfinancial.com, phone numbers listed were not in existence.

Home company supposedly is in Atlanta, Ga but no one contacted knew of this company.
