Fake Walmart call about $900 monitor and stolen identity

Received a voicemail from a person from Walmart claiming that I ordered a $900 monitor for a gaming system and had it mailed to 49 Arcadia Court in Albany, New York. She gave me a complaint number and told me to write it down because she was going to transfer me to a representative at the FCC. When he got on the line, he explained to me that my identity was stolen, and three of my credit cards were used in the past. And then he proceeded to tell me that he needs to have my last four digits of the Social Security number so that he can register my Social Security number as being used to be fraudulent. Both people had a Haitian accent. And there was a lot of talking of other people in the background that I could hear while these two people were talking to me on the phone. Hence, I did not give them any digits of my Social Security number, and when I refused to supply them with that information, the man abruptly hung up.
