Caller was a woman with the caller ID VVR out of Norfolk, VA. They were calling on behalf of a Thao Nguyen as I was referred as a friend for an 80% discounted trip. They had numerous "packages" that I can choose from (5 day - 4 night, 4 day - 3 night, 3 day - 2 night) and cost $99-$200 depending. They stated that they would reimburse "x" amount of money back via visa prepaid card. The locations for this trip were high tourist areas (i.e Orlando, FL, Las Vegas, NV, etc...). I could not hear much else because of the background noise of people and phones ringing. She said that I will have up to 12-months to decide what place I wanted to choose and stay at but required that I pay now for the packages. Once I got to the point where payment was necessary, I hung up and blocked and flagged the number associated.

After some independent research I found that the VVR company was inactive based off (virginia-company.com). Details listed below.
