I didn't follow through with them once I got suspicious so I don't have many details. It seems that they find people searching for jobs, text them, then get them on whatsapp, and then get them to use this website https://www.vtex-technical.com/ for the rest of the scam (VTEX seems to be legit, however this site is impersonating them).
