I was on Facebook and an add popped up showing a Voltvouge e-bike was for sale. It said it was for a clearance sale. I clicked on it and it took me to a website. VolzEra Mall. I bought the bike. I waited for it to arrive. It showed it was delivered but never showed up.

I ordered a voltvogue ebike May 10 2026 and never received it. Tried tracking it but it says it was delivered.
