Terrible service. They promised that they would increase my visibility and work on correcting my address with Google which was the wrong city listed on Google. 3 months later... NOTHING was corrected. And no one is ever there to take any customer service calls. They schedule a call with you but never end up calling you back when you have any issues. This is a SCAM of a company. Stay away from them and report them to your state attorney general.

https://vsslocal.com seams to be providing or performing fraudulent or scam operations. I was called regarding services for marketing my business on 7/7/2023 which they said could help my business generate leads. They said that they were committed to provide me leads. I waited for services, I called after not hearing back form the company but noticed that the phone number was just ringing but would not get to any one and I was not being contacted to promote my business as promised. I finally got a hold of voice search local, complained to them that I am not happy with the handling of their service of $1087.00 so, therefore I am disputing the service and charges. They tried to give me the run around and refuse to refund my money so I decided to dispute the charges with the credit card company. I disputed the charges with the credit card company and they are still refusing to refund my money so, the game is on. I will fight it all the way until they realize that they did me wrong, they are wrong and need to return my fund, refund my credit card immediately. I am unhappy with the services and they cannot force me to accept their unprofessional, lousy service which they promised to deliver but failed to deliver their promises. A promise was made to deliver service to me, service was not delivered to me. I had the young lady tried being aggressive and rude with me on phone which sounded very horrible and I could not tolerate trying to negotiate doing any further business with any hostile individual person yelling or making me fill any less than a human. I will not accept charges for poor, unprofessional or no service. Their review ratings are very bad all over the internet online so, I am not the only one with this problem. here you can check some of them:

I am having the sand issues. My business went from 10 k a month to no calls . I just stopped paying them. I also will no talk to them as they are vicious and rude. Really caused a lot of problems for my mental health and my business . I’d be interested in talking to lawyer about a class action lawsuit. If anyone here is interested please let me know ,

The company called my business at least 10-15 times a day saying that there is a new technology out there for voice search. They made it appear that it was multiple tech companies calling because the tech is new and everyone will be trying to get my business. When I finally agreed to start working with them I realized all the other calls had stopped! Surprise surprise...they were the only ones calling. After digging in to the company I uncovered they had many complaints from many people that they scammed! DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! When I disputed the charges with my credit card company they started to call more frequently screaming at me. A guy names RYAN out of Port Saint Lucie, Florida said he was going to get a lien put on my home. They are criminals !

THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND NEVER STOP CALLING. THEY HAVE HACKED LOCAL PHONE NUMBERS TO MAKE YOU THINK THEY ARE A LOCAL COMPANY EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE BASED ON FLORIDA. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO STOP CALLING, THE RUDE WOMAN SAID "THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN". THEY CALL AT LEAST 10 TIMES A DAY, EITHER BY ROBOT OR LIVE, BUT NO MATTER HOW NICELY YOU ASK OR IF YOU SCREAM AT THEM, THEY ARE JUST HACKS AND SCAMMERS AND CONTINUE CALLING. IF THEY WERE THE LAST BUSINESS ON EARTH, I WOULD NOT WORK WITH THEM. THEY NEED TO GO GET REAL JOBS THAT ACTUALLY HELP PEOPLE.

Absolutely the worst. Such a scam. If they try to sell you, DO NOT buy in. When trying to cancel, they escalated us to the director, and he was such an a**hole! Thanks to them, we lost nearly $1,000 within 1 day. We called them within 24 hours of the payment processing to cancel, and they said they cannot refund that amount. I honestly do not have words to express my frustration against this lying, joke of a company.

Tried to scam me out of 200 and started screaming at me on the phone. Imagine a manager, so unprofessional that they scream at a customer for not wanting a [censored]ty service. Please leave an honest poor review on bbb to get them shut down. Save others from this scam.

They dont provide a good ROI. Then all sudden you phone blows up with robo calls. A robo call is how they found me. These calls are illegal in my state. Spaming calls is how they get back at you for canceling. They will not cancel the account and keep charging even if you tell them your canceling.

They specialize in auyo dialers more than marketing. When you cancel they start heavy spamming your phone number with robo dialers. Scam, scam scam. Better off saving your money. If they spam your phone with different companies, record all info and take to court.

I signed up thinking this was a google company, They made me sign a contract while I was on the phone as they debited my card, I'm filing a complaint with my bank they never keep their appointments and scammed me!

Yeah they got me if i don't hear from them soon. Got me for $199 and the Holy Ghost will require payment. I don't fight my battles.

Is company voice local search light until me they were affiliated with Google Voice offered me of Google Voice subscription This This company lied about being affiliated with Google They stole my money and denied me a refund. They lied and said they were affiliated with google and were not.
