I went to the valerie mason website to purchase jewelry after seeing the ad for it on instagram. I'm not sure what happened but I guess somewhere between my shopping cart and my checkout there was some fraudulent activity that occurred and although I've been in contact and have received tracking the communication and progress of the tracking is few and far between. how can I get my money back?
