I found Vitcher.com during an internet search for a new lawnmower. The price on their website was really good - and that should have been an indication that they are a fraudulent company. I proceeded to purchase the lawnmower and I received a notice from my credit card company that there was a foreign transaction that took place. That was the indicator that the company is probably fraudulent. However, I decided to allow the order to process normally. After a week of no information or update, I sent an email to inquire about the status of my order. After another week with no response or updates, I attempted to call their listed number. The number was busy each time I tried to call. At that point, I figured I'd been scammed and filed a dispute of the charges with my credit card company. After a week, my credit card company credited my account. My only reason for filing this complaint is to put my experience with this "company" on record.

Sells merchandise at drastically reduced prices. Sends a tracking number that doesn't work with any of the carriers. They send emails saying the order shipped, giving an estimated delivery date. The delivery date, when missed, gets reset to a future date. They have a chat bot on their website that is never in service. They don't answer their phone or phone has a constant busy signal. When you inquire by email they reply by sending you an email that states your item shipped that day, even though they told you it shipped two weeks earlier.

The business location is fake, their is no business at this address. Haven't received anything that's been purchased online.
