Needed to get a certified copy of a marriage license. I ordered this on 04/03/2026. After placing the order, received an email stating I would hear from them within 24-72 hours. The email stated I could expect a completed application with instructions where to send. I have contacted them by email several times, and just receive an automated email back stating their experts will review each section and an application form will be sent. I have sent emails on 04/09/26, 04/10/26. Received a return mail on 04/11/26 stating they would be in contact soon. On 04/14/26 I again emailed stating I would be filing a complaint with ScamPulse.com if I did not receive a response by 04/17/26. I have not heard from them again. My order # is W3DGMRI7. Attached is my order confirmation. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
