This so called company, vital direct advertise that they would handle and expedite to get my birth certificate sent to me from the state I was born in 7-10 business days for a fee of 139.00 and that I needed to give them my current address, and download my current driver's license. In beginning of Feb.2024. I kept waiting and waiting, then they emailed me and said the driver's license wasn't clear enough and kept having me re- downloading it! i kept calling and emailing and was told it is now in the hands of the state to send it to me, that they did their part. It is now April 2024. I called the state of vital records, and they said they only deal with one company and never heard of vital records direct. So now they have my dob, driver's license;address, and bank card. Be aware! I want my money back.
