On June 24, 2026, I paid $74.00 for a birth certificate through what I believe was Vital Record Direct (listed on my bank statement as "USA VREXPRS"). The company accepted payment but never delivered the birth certificate.

I never received a confirmation email, receipt, order number, shipping notification, or any other correspondence regarding my order. I have searched my email inbox, spam folders, and browser history but have been unable to locate any confirmation email or the website used to place the order.

The only documentation I have is the charge on my bank statement showing a $74.00 debit transaction posted on June 24, 2026, under the merchant name "USA VREXPRS" with the phone number 844-645-2435.

As of the date of this complaint, I have not received the birth certificate or any communication regarding the status of the order. I am requesting either delivery of the birth certificate that was paid for or a full refund of the $74.00 charge

This so called company, vital direct advertise that they would handle and expedite to get my birth certificate sent to me from the state I was born in 7-10 business days for a fee of 139.00 and that I needed to give them my current address, and download my current driver's license. In beginning of Feb.2024. I kept waiting and waiting, then they emailed me and said the driver's license wasn't clear enough and kept having me re- downloading it! i kept calling and emailing and was told it is now in the hands of the state to send it to me, that they did their part. It is now April 2024. I called the state of vital records, and they said they only deal with one company and never heard of vital records direct. So now they have my dob, driver's license;address, and bank card. Be aware! I want my money back.
