Answered an ad on youtube for a vitamin supplement from vitadrive.com, purchased and never received product. I lost $56.00 on this order. I tried contacting [email protected] but got no help.

I placed an order with this company, vitadrive.com, on 2/5/2026, I did receive the product until 3/18/2026. Only to find out the product that was delivered was nothing of what I ordered it was a totally different company, so not only did they take my $60.00, they are not responding to any of my emails or concerns sent to [email protected].
