Scam

They did the exact thing to me same pay $40 an hour under the Carlex Glass company. I barely just finished the interview through a Microsoft text app.

I got an email stated the following:

Hello! This is Visio Advisory. Your resume appeared among the most suitable of all that we obtained from CareerBuilder for the data entry position ($40/HR). This is an invitation for an interview scheduled for today Thursday 29, and tomorrow Friday 30, June 2023.

Visio Advisory provides a full professional accounting service. We are able to assist clients in designing and implementing specific accounting solutions to individual client requirements. At Visio Advisory, we bring a depth of experience to ensure that all accounts preparation complies with current accounting standards and we help our clients grow their businesses. We can provide a range of capabilities to deliver our clients' desire to expand;

Duties: Updating company client's information i.e. maintaining database, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department. Must be able to run and process multiple documents by utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and access. Inputting purchase orders

I thought it sounded to goo to be true but I went with it did an interview via Skype and was hired immediately.

Next the proceeded to tell me the were overnighting a check for me to buy software for the job. When I got it I was to send an email to [email protected]., stating I'd received the check and the number.

This sounded fishy and I told them I would not do anything with any money until my bank confirmed it had cleared their bank which they said was fine.

Check never came as they had Fedex return it to them.

I did receive something from them that had an address on it which is

I was told the company was out of Ireland and has just been licensed to do business in the U.S. another email I used was [email protected]
