I ordered from Viral Vera and waited a full month to receive my order, despite being told it was shipping from the USA. That was clearly not true. When the package finally arrived, the product was ripped and extremely poor quality — essentially unusable.

I contacted customer support multiple times and received no response. I expect a full refund immediately. The product is still in its original packaging because it was too poorly made to even try on.

Buyers beware — I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

The website has a contact address in Wyoming, and states "shipping within US 7-10 business days" which led me to believe it was a US company. The product shipped from China. When it arrived it was the wrong size. When i requested a refund or replacement, they wanted to refund me $6 on a $36.94 total despite the website promising "%100 money back" guarantee.
