I purchased an item off of Instagram based on the images. It was shipped fairly quickly, but it came from Hong Kong. The item was supposed to be three wooden cats, with decorative hats, bows, bells, and wire tails. It was actually a cheap corrugated board cutout with a picture of a cat glued to it. The tails were the same corrugated board. I purchased three sets of these. Three of the cats were damaged. They were smaller than the size specifications on the website. I paid $101 for the items, and they were not even worth $5. They tried to get me to accept $3.99 as a refund. I've contacted them again to state this is unacceptable; I want to return and receive a full refund. I am waiting on an answer. I have also placed a dispute with my credit card company.
