This site will offer you a report for your vehicle similar to a "Carfax Report" for the amount of $1.00 but you must sign up for a monthly subscription for $24.95 that they say you will be charged monthly starting in 30 days unless you cancel. Once you give them your card info, they immediately charge you $24.95 plus the $1.00. The report you receive is very basic and not nearly as informative as "carfax". After attempting, Un-successfully, to call the phone number they show on their web-site and then attempting their "live chat" which auto response, I emailed them at the email address they show. I explained that I authorized the $1.00 charge but that I per their agreement, the $24.95 was not supposed to be charged until after 30 days and that I am cancelling the subscription. They responded that my subscription has been cancelled and I won't be charged again and that my $24.95 has been refunded and will be credited within 5 business days. I emailed them again after 2 weeks (10 business days) and they responded again that the refund had been processed. I have disputed the charge with VISA and am awaiting the results of their investigation. Which they say can take up to 90 days. This is obviously a standard practice from this company. If you do a search, you will find other complaints just like this. USVINREPORT.NET is a SCAM web site, avoid them or they will steal your money!
