I requested a $1.00 VIN History Report and was charged $1.00 twice and $29.95 once. I was not advised of the 29.95 charge until I looked at my bank statement.

Got a vin search from vinhistoryreport.com said it was $1 they took that and then 30 more and said they refund it in 10 days only to get nothimg back except bs email and customer service goes to voicemail and never get a call back

this is a scam site professing to process a vehicle number check, which did not provide ANY current info from 2007 onward...site professes to have all up to date vehicle history, which is did not at all.. I searched and found this is an internet phishing scam attempt to get user information or scam 19.99 or $20.00 through SafeCart. This is a KNOWN internet scam. Please stop payment and or refund my money...Paypal should NOT be doing business with safecart. You cannot get in touch with SafeCart as their phone answering disconnects when you call.

Great sounding email suggesting to use the above site for Vin check for selling car... VIN report is about 10 years old with no relevant info. .they are trying to phish for cc #'s etc through SafeCart which seems to be a mechanics shop in Florida
