I ordered the Vimbe™ Home High-Pressure Car Wash Water Gun & waited almost a month for it. when I emailed them & told them I'd not received it yet they sent an email saying it was delivered on 08/03/2026. I used the tracking number they gave me which was: DOR0210115046CN. Then called the post office to find out about it, because when I clicked on the tracking number it would only take me to a blank page with no info. The post office clerk named Emma looked into the matter & told me there was nothing associated with that number & gave me a Case #: 908 667 11. when I called the number they were still closed for lunch. I'll try to call them at a later time, but I want people to be aware that the people at this company are crooks & will steal your money & not send the product to you!
