I purchased Willow Tree nativity scene on line at a discounted price for a Christmas Present. After not receiving it I sent an email and was told it may be held up in customs. After finding a tracking number it says it’s in the city I live in. After it was there for more than 2 weeks I sent another couple emails and haven’t received a response. I did some research to find out that I’m not the only one to have gotten scamped out of my money.

An add for discounted Willow Tree nativity figures showed up through my Instagram feed. Once I had completed the order, the receipt showed up from Vikrasseth Limited. The receipt is plain and doesn't provide any order number, tracking or shipping details. Only a receipt number. There is a contact us at [email protected] link at the bottom for questions. I've sent already an email and they said package was delivered safely. I have not received it at all and when I try to find the webiste it is not the same only clothes. I'm out $40

Ordered through an Facebook ad. Said from Overstock, and that it was Willowtree figurines. Received an email that my credit card had been charged. Suppose to come in 10 days. No product. Filed a chargeback.

Same just happened to me. Email received insisting item was delivered. I live in a complex with a mail room it was never delivered

I order a Willow tree nativity set through them on the Nov. 4th. Got my receipt and the a tracking number. Finally on the 25th it said my order had been delivered, I never received it. I contacted them and told them I never received my order. They replied, yes my package was delivered. I sent another email to tell them I didn't receive it. And n I w I keep getting my messages back saying there is no such email address. I would like my money back or the items I ordered.

This ad appeared on Instagram, with a pretty good discount, when I went to see the reviews on the page, they looked good. I decided to buy a set for $49 and it said it would arrive in 10 business days, I wrote to the support that provides the receipt and they gave me a tracking number, the product appears to have been delivered 2 days ago and I haven't really received anything. I contacted the email again, but I no longer receive any response.

Ordered Willow Tree Navity on Facebook feed. Supposed to be an overstock. I have never received and the email address [email protected] is fake. I’m out $49.
