They sold me a two part package. The first one wasn't free after my down payment over the phone, I had to pay additional 700 to book, then I was promised a secondary trip to Montego Bay w. Air fair. The first trip was taken but they acted as if the second part didn't exist even though I had proof. There was no one to contact. I recorded the call.
