Charged my account $20 without any authorization don’t even know what the company does just saw a pending charge without no one to contact about the charge this need to be stopped

This site charged our checking account twice. Reported the bank. We did not authorize any transactions nor do we even know what this site is. We don't know how they acquired our banking information or how they were able to charge without authorization.
Complete scam and we reported to the bank, disputing the charges.

The website has been taking money from my bank acct and I don't even know what this website is. This is the second month I went through my email to see if it was something that I had subscribed and forgot later, but there's no such thing on my email about this site. I'm so frustrated! I'm gonna call the bank to report this scam.

I was on facebook playing word chums and there was a popup page that came up. As I was trying to get rid of it. The next thing I know I get an email thanking me for signing up for ebooks. I replied that I had not signed up for ebooks. Then a week later my bank account was debited $39.99. I did not give them my name, email address, card information nothing. I feel I can not be the only one with this problem. It's scary some one with out any given information could just zap money from my account. The phone # that I got from my bank does not answer. I have not been about to even find the site again or an address.
