I bought myRyoko back up in February this year 2026 did not arrive except for 30 days later on March 8, 2026 after setting the product up it seemed to work fine for approximately two weeks while I DoorDash on the side to earn extra money, I was using this product. The battery ran down. I placed it on charge in my car. It did not charge up after returning home, I placed it on the charger in my home. It overheated to the point that it blistered my fingers. I unplugged it immediately. Let it completely cool off I wind up, putting it in the icebox of my refrigerator to cool it off quicker before it exploded, it did not burn up. It would not come back on. It did not work would not hold a charge. I contacted Support explain to them what happened they said it’s normal for it to get hot but not to the point that blister you after two weeks setting alone on the shelf I decided to try one more time to see if it would get hot after charging it for one hour and a half it was over half charge. It was not really hot. I press the star button on the side. It came on and started working at work for two weeks again, locked itself up the password and login information changed on it without by a notice. I contacted Support again they sent me links to fix it which did not work.

I have contacted them several times and they keep skating around the fact that I
am wanting to return it. I have been trying to get info for over a week. It appears that because I had opened it to try it out, I probably will not get a refund!

They sell you a Ryoko Pro internet device knowing it do not work, and then refuse to let you return it

SCAM!!!!!! RYOKO AND VIAOTA CLAIM WORLDWIDE INTERNET PHONE DATA WITHOUT NEED FOR BUYING ADDITION DATA PLANS. I WAS NOT EVEN OUT OF THE USA, AND BILLED FOR MORE DATA. CANCELLED THE PLAN 6 MONTHS AGO, NEVER RECD A $ RETURN. TODAY CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT $179.94. CANCELLED AGAIN IN EMAIL, ON PHONE OVER AN HOUR….. NO RETURN….. SCAM!!!!!!

CANCEL THIS $179.94 AND ALL ORDERS …. I CANCELED THIS MONTHS AGO….. DO NOT EVER CHARGE MY CARD ACCOUNT EVER AGAIN….. Re: Your #0170e16 Viaota Order Confirmation
