Vi-Shift Pro Reports & Reviews (1)

It was a pop-up ad on either Facebook or Instagram. I foolishly fell for it. Reading glasses that were adjustable magnification. I ordered the glasses - paid $39.95 plus $14.95 shipping and $3.50 for "journey safe". The glasses arrived in a few days and were nothing but plain glass - no magnification whatsoever. I sent an email to the customer service ([email protected]) and complained, requested a full refund; said I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Surprisingly I received a full refund (shipping and fees included) within a few hours. I didn't lose out but I am sure there are people who will and while the loss is minimal, this business is ripping people off.
