Individual contacted us stating he was from "Veteran's Benefits" requesting information to reduce our home loan. I work for Veteran's Benefits Administration. He tried to get my PII to reduce our mortgage loan and his entire business approach sounded shady when I told him my home loan interest rate was .3%. he said he got my information because I am a Veteran.

Please look into this. When i called back a women name Theresa answered the phone.
