VersaPay called my elderly dad and said that they were a way to recover people's money who had been scammed. They gave this number to call him back on 613-423-0506. I called the ScamPulse.com to check on them. There is a website and it doesn't give contact info and they are located out of Toronto not Ottawa. The person called from 2 other numbers too - 581-500-3772 and 581-509-5448. They are scammers and I wanted to report them to the ScamPulse.com to warn others.
