Received United HealthCare Medicare Advantage EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS. There are (9) nine Claims submitted by VERISOLA INC, a company based in Houston, TX, USA, for: KNEE ORTHOSIS ADJUSTABLE JOINT RIGD SUPP PREFAB, as well, monthly claims for NONIMPL CGM 1 MO SPLY=1 UOS.

I did not request nor receive whatever these items are. What is ironic -- I am a paraplegic in a wheelchair! Not much need for a KNEE BRACE! Reported to United Healthcare as FRAUDULENT. BEWARE!

My husband received a claim denial from a former healthcare insurance company, United Healthcare for $8533 in orthotic supplies. The Provider was Verisola Inc, located at 2500 Wilcrest Dr, Ste 300,

off 35, Houston Texas 77042. He did not order these supplies. He didn't receive these supplies. His insurance with United Healthcare was expired at the time these supplies were supposedly ordered. His healthcare insurance information has obviously been stolen or compromised by this company as I've found through internet research that this company has done this to others. I believe this company is a shell company attempting to scam insurance companies. I have notified my husband's former insurance company, filed a police report, filed a complaint with Medicare and am filing a complaint with the FTC.
