Scam

Hello friend,

I have fallen victim to these terrible people. I received several calls from Irvine, CA leaving me voicemails talking about loan forgiveness. In my head, I knew my student loans were coming up for repayment and I ASSUMED it was real. Anyways, they got my attention, I answered the phone and this woman told me half of my loans would be forgiven. It was strange bc she knew exactly what my loan balance was - she gave me a specific dollar amount which sounded very nice.

I should have known something was off when I told them I couldn't talk rn bc I was in public and she got salty with me... Also, when I told her I was working for a non-profit she had no interest, which if you know you are eligible for additional loan forgiveness if you work for a non-profit.

I did a quick google search after the first deduction out of my account and realized it was a scam...

I changed my debt card, reported it to my bank, and told the Verified Docu Service (what kind of name is that anyways) to "I know you are not a real company.. I've reported you, and you will be sanctioned for your fruadualnt actions. Shame on you."

I hope this helps someone.

I got called by verified docu services and was told in 36 months I could pay only 2900 of my 10k school loan back. I only did two payments of $166.50 when I decided to do more research and be sure I was not getting scammed. That wasn’t the case and I was scammed by this fake company. Luckily my gut feeling told me to stop and change my passwords, cancel my debit card and let my loan service know what was happening. Yes, I am out $333 but they have scammed many out of thousands while their loans pile up. Please do not believe this company. Report them to get them shut down! After i emailed them to let them know I knew about their game. I have yet to hear from them.

Initially a 949-288-5752 number called me where a person named Allison Miller from the processing department called about student loan repayment options and the gave me a fake reference number 70742. I called back that number after hearing from my voice mail and a person named Blaine Rogers picked up my call and asked for my Name, Date of birth, Social security number which I gave them and they tried to login to my FASFA student aid account which I realized after I hung up because he tried to login to my student aid account and asked for the answers to the security questions associated to my student aid account.
