Ordered OVER 6 weeks ago. Have not received to date...Ridiculous scam. This is from CHINA. Need I say more. They take advantage of any situation to take your money, with subpar service. Would not recommend you deal with them. Horrible company!

On 14/04/20 I bought one PET GROOMING CLIPPERS FOR TRIMMING THE HAIR AROUND PAWS, EYES, EARS, FACE, AND RUMP - BLACK. The full price was £24,35 - £16,16 with a discount. I paid £21,66 including shipping. The product delivered was completely different. Very poor product. I sent 3 emails, only replied by a robot.

What a scam, my wife ordered the clipper on 03/21/20, they charged her credit card that same day. Up until today 05/29, we still have not received this item. When contacted many times thru their email, you either get no response or a reply with a bogus tracking number. They take your money immediately but you never get the product, who knows what 3rd world company this is coming from ? Dont buy anything from Veravolo.

I ordered a dog pool on April 23, 2020 and paid $62.17 via PayPal. After several weeks I contacted the company asking about the pool. I contacted them weekly for the past month and have yet to have a response. I also informed them that I was cancelling my order and expected a full refund and you guessed it - still no response. Meanwhile, I am out the money I paid for the non-existent pool. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also seems like a scam to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!

Ordered Portable Paw Pool- April 25, 2020. Never received it, tried contacting email , no response This appears to be a scam, thank goodness only out $30 dollars. This really makes me sad and mad, I will now only order from Amazon, I have never had an issue. And in the future, if I stray from Amazon, then I am going to look for reviews first! Had I done that, I would never have ordered in the first place from this disreputable company!
