I ordered on April 21, 2020 and have not received. I had a tracking # that has said my shipment is being held in customs, and now it said this # can refer to multiple orders. I have since put my dog down and no longer need the clippers. I will be contacting paypal to see if I can get my money refunded that way.

order clippers and was told one price and then charged me another. Too 2 months to come and when it did it was not complete and very very cheap. It was suppose to have scissors, and a metal comb and it did not have. There was no oil for the blades and it had a cheap battery in it very very disappointed. email them my complaint and have heard nothing back. Also they have changed their company name it that does not say scam nothing does

Ordered a dog paw trimmer in March, received a different cheaper smaller trimmer in June. (white Trimmer was received.
I agree with the others who have reported.
There is no response from their Customer Service email, but I was able to track the shipment from their shipping point in California.

I purchased pet clippers 2 months ago from this company advertising on Facebook. Weeks later, I received a tracking number....however, this number "cannot be found". I emailed again...a week later I received ANOTHER tracking number which also "cannot be found". It's now been 2 months, and they no longer respond to my emails so I have no product, no contact...no valid tracking data...nothing. But hey have my money!!

I'm STILL waiting on dog clippers that I purchased on April 9, 2020 for $30.14. It is NOW June 8th...2 SOLID months of waiting for my product. POOR to no customer service. They give you an email address...no one responds back. The tracking is a bunch of crap. Apparently it is now sitting in LA waiting for FedEx pick up. This is definitely a SCAM site, as they give you NO phone number to call on my cc bill. I'm now going to put in a dispute for non delivery of product. Save your cc statements good people, as this is the only way you'll get your money back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON FB! IT ALL COMES FROM CHINA...pathetic company. TRACKING number is: GCXUF2991999540YQ... IF it really does exist. Piss poor company and service.

I paid for 12.95 for shipping and it’s been 4 months and haven’t received the dog bed. :-((( so bummed and disappointed. When I sent an email asking about the status I was told they were backordered and would be shipping in the next two weeks. Still haven’t received it.

Ordered on 4/19 & still nothing except several generic emails from [email protected] or [email protected] saying "please do not worry, please be patient & during the covid19" blah blah blah & it's signed customer service center with no contact info. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM & I'M SHOCKED FACEBOOK WOULD ALLOW THIS. I disputed the charge with my bank & justice heads up my bank said I only had 60 days to dispute.

Ordered dog clippers from Veravolo through Facebook on April 1, 2020. Scam began there. Was to pay $35 Canadian and end up getting charged $48. I inquired via track my product to Piggy from IT. Never received the difference and waited 9 weeks to get product from CHINA! Before getting dog clippers, I sent 11 emails to finally get a response from Laura telling me the clippers were delivered on May 28.. I responded again by saying I wanted my money back as the package I recieved was damaged. 15 emails I have sent and have gotten no response...

Same experience. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Veravolo is a scam. Email given is [email protected]. Do NOT order from this company or any company on Instagram or Facebook that has pet pools etc. Make sure the website is legit. They immediately took paypal money out and haven't heard a word from them. The email is a automated bounce back saying the item is coming from China. DO NOT ORDER!

Oh my gosh forgot to mention one more thing, on my credit card statement a completely different company came up...too. Strange.

Forgot to mention that the order confirmation was sent from Veravolo, but within the email, the link "view your order", when clicking it it went to a company name Decenaty. This is definitely a scam I have a feeling. Order clippers via amazon instead. Best bet. I called my CCompany and they reversed the charges while investigating.

I placed the order in April as well and have had communication with them. They told me it would take 45 days at most since the covid19 logistics has been change. Its June 4th and nothing...I did receive tracking number from them..the package passed customs it says but its been stuck there for over a week stating that its supposed to be picked up by fedex, but when I called fedex they said that the company is supposed to issue a tracking number and send it to me..which it never did..so now im stuck and wondering what the hell to do. I order from wish.com all the time and most of the products come from China, but this one seems to be really off. Dont know what to do right now. Is this company a fraud, would love to believe its not. But who knows its from China. The email I received from them to communicate with is: [email protected]. Attaching the order...I received several different tracking numbers...I paid $32 for this crap. There are other vendors locally in the us on amazon I could have ordered from but I want my money back first before I do so.

Thay are fraud and file with who you paid with. I filed with my credit card company and paypal both.

I ordered the pet clippers for $30.14 and received my confirmation number, 200403223955950, this was in April and I have not received the clippers as of today, June 4, 2020. I have sent an email asking about this purchase but have never received anything from Veravolo. I just want to be reimbursed since I have never received the clippers.

Ordered Dog Clippers on April 10th and charged to my account originally stated would receive in 10 to 17 days. received message shipment is on the way, shipped april 21. gave me bogus tracking number sent 2 messages asking for delivery of product or prompt refund with no response. need help to recover my loss.

I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company - service is very poor - ordered the clippers which do not function properly 2 months later i am still waiting for a refund - do not use this company

I ordered the grooming kit for $65 on April 17. I received an email saying my order was processed and that I would get a notification of shipment. I have received nothing. On May 26 I sent an email to [email protected] and no response. I just called Chase Visa and disputed this charge. They are investigating and took it off my bill.

I ordered a dog portable pool spent 57.90 for the Xlarge back in April 28 and I still hasn’t received it if I’m not going to get it at least send me my money back.
