I ordered a XL Pool for my Husky and after 8 weeks we finally received it. The pool that was received was 30 inches in diameter. We spent (loss) $50. Let's see if there will be any remediation. The only recourse if they don't respond is filling a complaint with the FTC.

I bought a low noise dog clipper in April and today I received a confirmation that they sent it last week. I was here and my son too. They change the name to decenaty.com. They sent me a weird tracking number that only works in 17track app, but it doesn’t work in any carrier website.

I ordered this 2 months ago and was charged $37 from my account. Reached out to them on the 3rd of June and got some bs email saying because of covid it is why it got delayed but its already going on 2 weeks since that email. And realized other people who also complaint received the same covid email as I did. And the email to contact them doesn't even look legit. Its like [email protected]. I report this to my bank already and got it disputed. I saw this ad on Facebook and it looked legit until I found out it was a third party who was trying to sell this product. Please do not purchase

I ordered dog grooming clippers that came with a small clipper and nail grinder. I sent them numerous emails to cancel my order due to it had already been 2 months and I now longer wanted it. They continued to wait and do nothing and shipped it out anyway. I received the package after 3 months with pieces missing in box, email them back and told them again I don't want any of it and I wanted a refund asap. There is no phone number to call only an email address. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am furious that they are not cooperating . Purchased in March and tracking still says it’s stuck in LA.
I sent an email and did get a response asking me to be patient etc...
Weird thing is I also ordered KN95 masks from a link in their site.
They did come today!
Anyone order those masks?
