Type of a scam: Online Purchase

I purchased a dress from the website after viewing it for a while. It was listed on pintrist at first and I followed it to their website. I thought they were the original owners but they were not. I purchase one dress for $68.00 and thinking that it was legit store I figured the cost was high enough for it to not be a scam. The company didn't mentioned where it was coming from but I didn't think to check first. After purchasing the sale item and getting a confirmation, I noticed that the items was was being shipped from China, which first alerted me that it was a scam. The item took a couple of weeks to arrive but once I got the clothing item it was really really cheap and not made from the same materials that it mentioned on its website. IT was a cheap knock off. After contacting them about getting my money back they mentioned that any items that were on sale was off limits. All of there items are on sale and I guess that i how they get their funds.
