I found a dress as an ad on Pinterest and ordered it from vellutorosso.com, then realized there were many reports on the internet of items not being delivered, poor quality or not accepting refunds. I lost $113.00. The design of the dress is also sold on several other "boutique" sites so it is definitely not an original design, it is likely dupe/counterfeit, and/or done via dropshipping. Their website says the address is at what is actually a coworking space in London, and the email [email protected] is not even spelled the same as the website which is Velluto Rosso with two s. They also say they can not accept most returns because they are a small, minority and woman-owned business, which if not true is false advertising, deceptive business practice and fraudulent misrepresentation.
