Vellinco posing as Nordstrom won't provide return label
It took 3 weeks for the dresses to be delivered. The dresses came in vacuum packed bags, were very cheaply made with an inferior fabric.
I have requested a return label to ship the dresses back. Since July 17, 2026, I have exchanged 31 emails back and forth with [email protected] trying to get a return label.
Their website states they will give a full refund as long as the request was made not longer than 30 days of delivery.
This is a fraudulent company, posing under Nordstrom's name, that will not give me a full refund.
They explained Vellinco is having financial difficulties and it's too expensive for them to pay to have the merchandise returned to them.
I appreciate you taking the time to research this scam of a company.
