Received official-looking envelope with postage paid stamp "mailed from 63155 permit 5497" and "2023" on lower right corner, as the IRS might use. Letter has a customer ID#, my name & address, and requests the company be contacted by Dec 6, 2023 to "activate coverage on (my) vehicle before it's too late" and "We reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage if you do not meet our criteria" threat. Signed by Mark Smith, Program Coordinator. I called the 888# to gather more info but it rang & rang- no VM. Thanks.
