I joined a online casino platform through Facebook. The platform is going under the Vegas-x.org website which led me to believe it was legitimate. That and the fact that they are running a platform on Facebook. I paid Aces Vegas/$RidrigoDelpilar through Cashapp. I played them several times until one nite I hit the Daily Jackpot for $748.00. I couldn’t redeem any of the winnings until the morning and ended up putting $300 back into the platform as I continued to play throughout the night. Morning came and I tried to Redeem $99. Aces Vegas said I needed to play 7 times my deposit. I told him I was way past that. After some time they finally sent me 4 $25 payments by Cashapp. But they sent them to me as a Refund of my deposit. Which had to be Fraudulent because most you can redeem through Cashapp is $99 at one time. That was the first red flag. So I waited until I could ask to redeem another $99 and they never responded. I requested $99 through Cashapp and they denied it. I tried to redeem what I had left of my Jackpot winnings, $240, through Revolut and they ignored my request. I tried calling but no answer. I tried emailing them and it said the email does not exist. They have now closed my profile and I can no longer get on to my Vegas-x profile. They also blocked my messages on Messenger. I never got the rest of my winnings.

Asked to cash out $250.00 & received only $43.00 to my cash app.and they took all the rest of my money off my account & left me with only 4 cents. Where’s my other $235.00 that I had in my account ? Won't pay out

I paidand had my account set up by someone on Facebook named Miami-Gaming out of Florida. They received payments from me and put it on my game and now that i won they won't cash out. I notified them and was told there was only 45 on my account min was 75 to cash out. I then hit and have 200 on the account notified them and am now told they had to confirm my purchase and is now ghosting me. I have screenshots of this whole conversation and they only knew i had 45 on the account because they set it up and were ableto access account to see that info so now i don't know how to go about getting my $200 off my account.
