Made a purchase for 5x $100 USD. Ordered July 10, 2026. As of today, package says it has not left San Francisco warehouse. DHL said that Vaulted Rarities hasn't even given over the package to them for delivery. I'm buying in Canadian dollars so it's more than US dollar.

No way to get a hold of them. Posted comments everywhere on their FB page. And emailed 2 times.

Absolutely terrible customer service!
