Contacted them via email since phone and chat didn't work. Want to return the concentrator that was shipped from CA

and they offered me $160 refund, and I could keep the product. I told them I didn't want to keep it, and I would like a full refund. They came back and offered a huge refund of $165, and I could keep the product.

Since I didn't take the offer, they sent me an address where I could send the product back to since the warehouse in CA moved in the 13 days since I placed my order. The address is in China, and I have to pay for shipping plus they will deduct $107.80 for restocking fees and give me a credit of $431.20 once the product is received.
