Scammers

They called me after my unsuccessful (court claim prepared wrongly) court case, and offered services to recover debt. They kept asking questions from their “legal team”, which were ignorant and proved they had no clue about legislation. When I confronted them about this and bad Trustpilot reviews, they sent me an agressive email saying that they are cancelling my “contract”, which I was very happy to do myself, but it just proved what type of scam they are. Now they are holding my sensitive personal and business data and did not remove it, despite my request, which is a breach of GDPR. Massive scam, avoid!

These guys recovered a debt for me, the builder showed me proof of payment. However once they had recovered the money, they stopped communicating with me and when I did get through to them, they just said they'd look into it. Complete liars. November 2021

Scammers

One of our clients owed me some money since last year and out of nowhere last October I received the phone call from company called #VanguardPartners also called #CaledonianGroupServicesLtd provider of debt collection service based in Edinburgh and agreed the deal for money to be recovered.
Signed the deal 28 days repayment after money recovered and since then have been ignored and no update given even knowing my client already paid the full amount to them back in November.
Below is the list of the names got involved with my case;

They all working for #VanguardPartners
Stay away from these people and please share so no one else gets ripped by those scammers.
It’s not about the money anymore it about the justice and these scammers needs to be stopped before they rips off anyone else.
Next step is the legal action taken against them.
