I did not authorize payment for Valuescout ai... I reviewed the website as it appeared to be a tool I could use to price the items on my Poshmark and eBay sales, but after reading reviews I checked the BBB. It appears on this site in the scam tracker tab. I did not check out or download the app. There is a "support" email ... but I have not received a response.

I will proceed with alerting my bank that a complaint has been filed and I am requesting a refund of the $62.35 charge.
