I just need to know whether what I'm being asked to do for work is legitimate or is actually scammy or criminal in some way. I was offered to be trained as a Real Estate Advisor through someone who found out I was looking for remote work, with a salary and commissions

in general Can i sue them for mental anguish, ruining my creditability and my credit everything bank accounts closed and this was 2 yrs ago and they are still stalking me asking if i will work with them i didn't catch on till 6 to 8 months later i helped him he said he'd help me lies all lies i think he was undercover but can i sue them for something (Everything)!
