Ordered jewelry that never arrived. Asked for a refund as item was ordered June 18, as of Aug 6, 2026 no jewelry and no refund. Keep telling me it’s in transit.

I placed an order with this company on April 17th. They provided tracking but it kept getting stuck at locations for 5-19 days at a time. I emailed them and they said it was delayed. Two weeks later emailed again and they said they have resent my order. That has now been two weeks, no tracking info in new order and it’s been almost two months since I placed the order with them. They won’t respond about a refund.

I placed an order in April that was never received. I have contacted the company multiple times asking for tracking information and they keep telling me that they cannot provide tracking information but that it was en route. They now claim that it was delivered however they still cannot provide me with tracking information and refuse to give me this information when I emailed to request it. They also will not give me a refund that I have asked for multiple times.

I placed an order for a bracelet set for $49.95 on 4/14/2026. Now, over a month later (6/1/2026) after numerous emails back and forth - and tracking of this product that is not moving towards my destination, they keep telling me they will advise and get back to me. I am receiving zero resolution. The person I have been dealing with on numerous emails is "Sophie Taylor" / email: [email protected].

I placed an order through the company’s website with an expected delivery date of May 14, 2026, which was later changed to May 18, 2026. After the package failed to arrive, I contacted the seller multiple times requesting the shipping carrier name, valid tracking information, proof of shipment, and an updated delivery date.

The seller only provided a link to an internal tracking page that did not identify the carrier or provide verifiable tracking details. The tracking repeatedly showed “Scheduled for Delivery” beginning May 18, 2026, but the package was never delivered.

I made a purchase on 5/3/26. It's been almost 4 weeks and I haven't received anything. Every time I send an email to customer service (Sophie) I get the run around. She will not send me a tracking number for the package. She will change the status of my order on their portal every time I complain. First it's in transit, then it's in clearance, then it's been cleared then out for delivery. I wait days and then tell her I haven't received anything and I would like the tracking number. Then she says she's researching it and doesn't send me the tracking number. She then changes it in the portal to say it's back in clearance. How can it be in clearance if it said it was out for delivery? Now she changed it again that it's on its way to the US. I wish I did my research before purchasing from this site. There are so many complaints on line about never receiving the product. Why haven't they been shut down yet?

Went to website that I seen on social media but didn’t click on it from social media. Bought the jewelry and never received it but was charged for it. They send fake emails and tracking as well. The day it showed it was to deliver it never did.

They advertise jewelry that’s not supposed to tarnish and bundle deals. I fell for it without verifying them first. Don’t trust them. I placed my order May 1, 2026 and I still don’t have my order. I have emailed them and they responded but said oh it’s on the way. Then they said they changed shipping companies. They it’ll be there in a few days. That was a week ago. They sent a tracking number but it shows it was processed on May 6. No updates no nothing. Now they are not responding. Do not lose your money like I did.
