So they say they screen the people who buy their pups so you have to tell them what plan you have for the pup, whether you live in a home, apartment, that sort of thing. Then they send you an email saying they approve of you for one of their pups and if your pup is still available. In the email, they will tell you that the pup's best friend just got reserved for another person or something like that. Then you will fill out a contract agreeing to the terms and you pay for the pup by some type of cash means, like Zelle. They tell you they only ship on Monday, Wednesdays, or Fridays and that they are shipped on American or United Airlines. But then you will get a call from Global Freight who will tell you that they showed up with the pup in an unapproved cage and that you have to pay for a climate-controlled pet container that you can buy outright or rent for 1500. But you have to pay upfront with Zelle, no credit cards are accepted because they are going to refund 98% of the fee meaning you will get back 1470. I searched the internet and there are no shipping companies with that name what happened to the pup being shipped by American or United airlines? This was stated in the e-mail I was sent. No response back from Valentina poodles and they got away with $900.
